Mutta Palada
INGREDIENTS
Allpurposeflour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup
Eggs- 3 nos
Water- As reqd
Salt- As reqd
For filling:
Coconut- 3 cups(grated)
Sugar- 6 tbsp
Cashewnuts- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder(Elakka podi) - A pinch
Ghee- 5 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
1. For preparing mutta palada, take a pan, heat ghee and saute the chopped cashews till light brown.
2. Add the grated coconut and sugar. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
3. Toss in the cardamom powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
4. Mix maida, eggs, water and salt in a bowl to get a thin batter like for dosa.
Heat a frying pan and make dosas.
5. Fry it on both the sides and keep it aside.
6. Repeat the process with the leftover batter.
7. Fill each dosa with a little coconut filling and roll it up.
8. Mutta palada is ready. Serve with tea.
