Breaded chicken fry
Chicken 1 kg(cut into big pieces)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Chilly Powder - 2 tsp( Kashmir chilly)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Cmasala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Egg- 1
Salt - as needed
Bread Crumbs and oats - for coating
Oil - for deep frying
Method
1. Clean chicken and cut into big pieces and allow to drain water from it.
2. Marinate it with ginger,garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala,lemon juice,corn flour,salt for half to one hour
3. In the meantime, heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
4. Before frying, dip each piece first in egg then in bread crumbs and oats mix and fry it in low flame.
5. Serve the breaded chicken as a sidedish.
