Mathanga pachadi:-
Pumpkin - 1 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Green chillies-2-3
Mustard seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut grated- 1/4 cup
Red drychillies - 2 nos
Curd - 1/2 cup
Curryleaf
Method :-
Cook pumpkin with turmeric , green chillies & salt . At the same time grind coconut with cumin seeds & finally with mustard.Make a fine paste. Mix well with cooked pumpkin & switch off the stove. Then add curd. Finally garnish with spluttered mustard , red dry chillies & curryleaves.
