Chicken Bonda

Ingredients:
Minced chicken- 200 gm
Potato - 2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
Bread slices-2 no’s
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves thinly chopped- 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Corn flour- 1 tbsp
Egg- 1
Preparation:
Cook the potato until very soft. Remove the skin and mash it very well.
Add mashed potatoes, minced meat and mix it with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt and coriander leaves chopped.
Blend the two bread slices in a blender to a fine powder.
Mix it with the chicken mix.keep aside.
Dilute corn flour in ¼ cup of water in deep bowl. Keep aside.
Add the bread crumbs in a wide bowl.
Now grease your hands well with water.
Divide the chicken mix in to small parts.
Make balls out of it.
Now dip it in cornflour and egg mix; then coat it with the bread crumbs; so that it evenly coated.
Place it on a dry plate and coat all the remaining chickens like this.
Deep fry it in the hot oil on low flame until nice golden brown in color (if the flame is high; the inner side didn’t cooked well.)
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
