Chicken Meat Balls
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless- 200gm
Onion-1small
Ginger chopped-1tsp
Garlic chopped-1tsp
Green chilly chopped-1tsp
Curry leaves chopped-1string
Coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Garam masala-a pinch
Salt-to taste
Oil-for deep frying
For coating:
Corn flour-1tbsp
Bread crumbs-1/2cup
Preparation:
Cook chicken pieces with little salt and turmeric powder with out adding water in a pressure cooker on high flame for 1 whistle.
When it cools down, put in a blender and make a coarse paste.
Mix it with all other ingredients except oil.
Make small balls out of it.
Mix corn flour with water and make a loose mix like milk.
Put the balls in corn flour batter and then take it out with a spoon and roll these balls in a plate containing bread crumbs.
Deep fry it in hot oil until golden in color.
Drain in to paper towels and serve hot with ketchup.
