Paneer Burji


   Paneer Bhurji (Scrambled Cottage Cheese)

INGREDIENTS
 Cottage cheese(Paneer) : 200 gms
  Onion Chopped : 1
  Tomato Chopped : 1
  Green chilli : 1 Finely chopped
  Garlic : 2-3 Finely chopped
  Ginger : 1/2" Finely chopped
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  Chilli powder : 3/4 tspn
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder : 1/4 tsp
  Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 tbsp
Oil
STEPS
Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the cumin seeds.Once they start to crackle, add the chopped onion.
Add the chopped chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for a minute. Saute till lightly brown in colour. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, fennel powder and cumin powder.Saute for a minute.
Add the chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft.Add the crumbled paneer and salt and mix well. Cook for a minute.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
