Cheesy Bread Rolls

Cheesy Bread  Rolls are crunchy outside and soft inside. The crispy golden bread stuffed with potato and cheese with some spices makes more tasty . This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.

Ingredients

 Bread:  6 slice brown / white
Mozzarella /cheddar cheese :½cup grated
 Potatoes boiled : 2
 Onion finely chopped : ½
 Few coriander leaves  finely chopped
 Chilli powder: 1 tsp , adjust to your spice level
 Garam masala powder : ½ tsp
Amchur powder / dry mango powder : ½ tsp ( optional )
 Chaat masala : ¾ tsp
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Instructions :

In a large mixing bowl mash 2 potatoes. add chopped coriander leaves and onion.
Next is to add the dry spices like chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt to taste.
Combine them well with potatoes .
Now grate the cheese or you can add in grated cheese and combine well. Keep aside.
Next slice the edges of the bread  and wet it by sprinkling it on one side with  water , slightly and swiftly  squeeze out the water by pressing between both palms or roll them flat using chapati roller, roll as thin as possible. this helps to prevent oil from absorbing when you deep fry.
Take small amount of the stuffing ( make sure the size is small and fits into your bread slice. )
Place the stuffing prepared previously and roll them. press the edges to seal them tight.
Brush some water around the edges and seal them properly. Else the stuffing will be in oil while deep frying.
Heat the oil and deep fry the rolls on medium flame.
Fry them till they turn golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper.
serve bread roll hot with tomato ketchup or as it is.
