Pahadi Chicken Kabab/ Green Chicken Kabab

Ingredients:

200 gm Boneless Chicken
50 gm fresh Cilantro/Coriander
50 gm fresh mint leaves
1 cup Yogurt
10 green chili ( use less if you want less spicy)
2 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
cooking oil
salt to taste.

Method:

 Clean and cut the chicken in cubes like kababs. In a grinder grind yogurt, green chili, cilantro mint and oil to a fine paste. Marinate the chicken with the green paste, lemon juice and salt at least 2-3 hours.

Once its marinated preheat the oven at 400˚F .While the oven is getting preheated put the chicken kabobs in skewers for grilling. Then put it in grill for 25 mins .
     Or  you can shallow fry it on stove top. Serve hot with tomota ketchup or Yogurt dip .
