Chicken Popcorn
Super, Crunchy and most delicious popcorn chicken like the KFC style
Ingredients

250 gm Chicken Breast
1tsp White / black pepper powder
1tsp Chili powder
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 Egg
salt to taste
1cup oil to deep fry
For coating
----------
1cup All purpose flour/Maida
1tbsp Chili powder
1tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
A pinch salt
Instructions
Wash chicken breast thoroughly and cut into small cubes. Pat dry and transfer chicken to a bowl. Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix thoroughly and keep it aside.
In another wide bowl add all the ingredients specified under "for coating". Mix it thoroughly and set aside.
Now take a piece of the chicken cube and coat it in the flour mixture. Dust the excess flour and place it on a plate. Repeat this for all the chicken pieces.
Now heat a Kadai and add oil. Once oil gets heated add chicken pieces one by one, and do not overcrowd. Fry the chicken in medium low flame only. Fry until all sides turn golden brown in color. Once done remove it on a kitchen towel. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
Notes:
While coating the chicken with flour, dust the excess flour, or else it will settle in the oil and turns black in color.
