Eggless Chocolate Cupcake

Eggless Chocolate Cupcake Ingredients: ---------- Flour -1 Cup Baking powder-1/2 tsp Baking soda- 1 tsp Cocoa-6 tbsp Sugar-3/4 cup Oil-1/2 cup Milk-1/4 cup Yogurt-1/4 cup Coffee- 1/4 cup Vanilla essence/ extract- 1 tsp Method: ------- Preheat oven to 180 deg Cel , grease Cups and keep it aside. Now in to a big bowl first add the dry ingredients like Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and cocoa powder. Make a well in the middle, then add cooled coffee, milk, yogurt , vanilla Slowly mix , using a whisk or using a hand mix(Speed Should be from low to medium) Do not over beat the mixture once mixed well transfer to the prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted come out clean Once cooled decorate with sprinkles
