Mooli Raita


                 Mooli(radish) Raita
Ingredients:
grated Radish - 1/2 cup

ghee - 1tbsp

green sliced chopped - 2-3nos

yoghurt - 1cup

jeera (cumin) powder - 1 tsp

walnuts - for garnishing (8-10nos)

coriander leaves - 2tbsp

salt to taste

sugar - 1/2tsp

How to make:

-Heat pan with ghee. To that add grated radish and fry it till the raw smell goes off. It will take 1 min.

-In a bowl add yoghurt, salt, sugar, jeera powder and green chillies.

-To that add cooked radish and mix it well. Adjust salt if needed.

-Garnish with walnuts and coriander leaves.

-Raita is ready to serve.
