Crispy Prawns / Shrimp lollypop
Ingredients
Prawns (Shrimp) -20- 25 nos(medium size)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Chilly Powder - 1 tsp( Kashmir chilly)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tblsp
Salt - as needed
Bread Crumbs - for coating/crushed corn flakes
Oil - for deep frying
Method
1. Wash and devein the shrimp. Insert prawns with tooth pick or sharp stick of your choice, insert it from one end to the other and set it aside.
2. Marinate it with ginger,garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice,corn flour,salt for half to one hour.
3. In the meantime, heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
4. Before frying, dip each piece in bread crumbs and fry it.
5. Serve the crispy shrimp as an appetizer or as a sidedish.
