Mini vada
Ingredients
Urad dal – 1 cup
Sambar onion [shallots] - 3
Green chilli – 1[finely chopped]
Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
Curry leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
Pepper crushed - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Water as needed
Preparation
Wash and soak urad dal for 5 hours. Then drain water & grind well or coarsely grind.
Take bowl add ground urad dal mixture, curry leaves, ginger, green chilli, pepper and salt mix well.
Shape mini ball and deep fry.Repeat this procedure for all fried vada.
