Egg Kabab

 

 

 

Ingredients

Boiled eggs - 5 nos(cut in half)
Potato - 1 (mashed)
Garlic- 3 cloves(crushed)
Red onions - 6 nos(chopped)
Ginger - 1" piece
Green chillies - 3 nos
coriander leaves - as reqd
Lemon juice - as reqd
Bread crumbs - as reqd
salt to taste
Egg - beaten (as reqd)


DIRECTIONS
Step 1. For preparing egg kabab, grind garlic, red onions, ginger, green chillies, potato, coriander leaf, lemon juice and salt.
Step 2. Cover the sliced egg in this mixture.
Step 3. Dip it in the beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
Step 4. Egg kebab is ready. Serve it hot with any salad.
