Capsicum tomato fry

Ingredients


  • 3 large capsicum
  • 2 large onion
  • 1 large tomato 
  • 2 tea spoon corriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • chilli powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 inch ginger grated 
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp refined oil

Directions

  1. slice onions and capsicum lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. in a kadahi heat the refined oil and add cumin seeds.
  3. when they turn golden add slit onions and capsicum together.
  4. mix well so that the veggies are glazed with the refined.
  5. follow up with all masala and ginger.
  6. mix well ad salt to taste and cover the lid.
  7. keep on stirring after every 2-3 mins and when it is semi done add chopped tomato.
  8. mix well and it cook without breaking the capsicum.
  9. will take hardly 7-8 mins in totality to get done.
  10. mix well. Serve along with chappathi or rice.
