Ingredients
- 3 large capsicum
- 2 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 2 tea spoon corriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- chilli powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 inch ginger grated
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp refined oil
Directions
- slice onions and capsicum lengthwise into thin strips.
- in a kadahi heat the refined oil and add cumin seeds.
- when they turn golden add slit onions and capsicum together.
- mix well so that the veggies are glazed with the refined.
- follow up with all masala and ginger.
- mix well ad salt to taste and cover the lid.
- keep on stirring after every 2-3 mins and when it is semi done add chopped tomato.
- mix well and it cook without breaking the capsicum.
- will take hardly 7-8 mins in totality to get done.
- mix well. Serve along with chappathi or rice.
