Chilly Chicken Sausage


A simple, mouthwatering Indo-Chinese dish .

Ingredients:

Chicken sausage - 10 pcs
Onion - 2, cubed
Capsicum - 1, cubed
Chillies - 2
Garlic - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce -  2 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:

Cut the sausage into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, green chilly, broken red chilli and fry for few seconds. Then add sausage pieces till golden brown. After that add sliced onions and sliced capsicum and saute for a minute.Now add all sauces, salt, pepper powder and stir well. Keep covered for a minute . Remove from heat and serve hot....

Note:
If the chilly sausage needs gravy add 2 tsp corn flour paste into it last. Then the mixture gets thicker.
