Parippucurry


Parippucurry:-
Cherupayar (moong daal). - 1 handfull
Grated coconut.  - 1/4 cup
Garlic.     - 3 pieces
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method :-
Roast moong daal & split it using a grinder. Cook moong daal with salt & turmeric powder. Grind coconut with garlic, cumin seeds till it turns to a fine paste. Mix it into the cooked daal . Topup with ghee & curry leaves.
