Chicken Kondattam

Ingredients :

Chicken (boneless) : 250 gm
Onion : 1
Garlic : 1 tsp
Dry red chilli : 4
Curry leaves  : 2 sprig
Chili flake : 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chili pd : 2 tsps
Pepper pd : 1 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Egg : 1
Maida : 2 tbsp
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Chicken masala : 1 tsp
Garam masala :  1 tsp
Lime juice : 1 tsp
Salt
Steps:
 Clean and cut chicken into long thin strips. Make a batter with egg,maida,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,chicken masala,garam masala,kashmiri red chilly powder,lime juice and salt.Add chicken strips into the batter and mix well.Keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan .Take chicken strips one by one and drop into the oil. Deep fry till chicken pieces are crispy and well cooked. Heat little oil in another pan. Saute chopped onion,garlic, dry red chilly, chilly flakes, chilly powder, pepper powder, chat masala and curry leaves. (If you want more spicy, you can add more chilly flakes  depending upon your taste buds). Once raw smell of  masala goes, add chicken to it and mix well. Remove form fire. . Serve with any rice...
