Egg Kabab

Ingredients:
Potato-2
Boiled egg-2
Coriander leves chopped-1tsp
Curry leaves chooped-1tsp
Salt-to taste
Cumin seeds-a pinch
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder- ½ tsp
Egg-1
Bread crumbs- ¾ cup
Oil-for deep frying
Preparation:
 Cook the potato until very soft. Remove the skin and mash it very well.
To this add all the powders, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Divide it in to 8 portions
Cut each egg in to 4 pieces through length wise.
Cover each piece of egg with potato mixture very well.
Beat one egg with little salt and pepper.
Dip each covered eggs in to this beaten egg.
Then roll it in the bread crumbs.
Again dip it in the egg and roll again with bread crumbs.
Deep fry it in the hot oil until golden brown in color.
