Mushroom Fry




Crispy Mushroom Fry
Everyone loves this crispy Mushroom. This is one of the quickest snack appetizers that we can make with mushroom. No more marinating is needed and hence make within time. it can be eat, as a snack and as a side dish also.

Ingredients
Button mushroom - 250 gms
Chilly pwd - 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Rice powder - 3 tsp
Corn flour-1 tsp
Salt -  to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
curry leaves
Method:
 Cut mushrooms into halves or four ( do not cut into very tiny pieces). Soak mushrooms in warm water with little turmeric powder for 15 minute.
Drain it and keep aside.
In a bowl mix all ingredients and add little water in to it to make a thick paste.
Add the mushroom  in to it and rest for 10 minutes.
Deep fry it in the hot oil along with some curry leaves until dark in color.
 Transfer it to tissue paper to absorb excess oil and serve...
