Nendrapazham Varattiyathu | Sweet Plantain Fry / Ghee Roasted Banana A Simple & Ideal Evening snack Ingredients: --------- Nendrapazham has to be used for this preparation - 2 large Ghee- 4 to 5 tsp Cashew nuts , raisins and grated coconut ,fried in ghee- 2 tsp each( optional) Freshly ground cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp Recipe: ----- Slice the banana in round shape – The slice should be medium thick. Make sure slices are neither too thin nor too thick. Heat a pan; add enough ghee to shallow fry the sliced banana pieces. Shallow fry these banana on medium flame until it becomes brownish.
