Beef Cutlet

Beef Cutlet Cutlet is a very popular and a simple snack. It is an appetizer, starter as well as a light afternoon snack. It can be prepared using chicken, mutton, fish as well as with vegetables. .... Ingredients --------- Beef – ½ kg Onion- 2 Ginger -small piece Garlic - 3 to 4 pods Curry leaves Bread crumbs- 1 cup Green chilly- 4 to 5 Pepper powder- 2 tsp Turmeric pd - 1/4 tsp Egg – 1 Potato -3 Oil Salt – as per taste Method: ------ • Cook potatoes and smash it. • Chop onion, ginger, garlic ,curry leaves and green chillies into tiny pieces. • Beat the egg and keep it aside. • Cut the beef into small pieces and cook it with salt , turmeric, 1 tsp pepper pd. Mince the meat using chopper or food processor • Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped onion , green chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Add balancepepper powder. • When it is done add the minced meat into it and mix well. • Now add the smashed potatoes into it and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Allow it to cool • Make small balls and roll into desired shapes. • Dip each cutlet into the egg and roll with bread crumbs. • Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce....
