Cheese Paniyaram

Cheese Paniyaram --------------- Ingredients:- Idly batter-1 cup Grated carrot-¼ cup Grated cheese(mozarella or cheddar)-1/4cup Pepper powder – ½ tsp Cumin powder-½ tsp Salt as needed Oil - 2 to 3 tsps Method ------- Mix grated carrot ,cheese,cumin , pepper powder and salt into idly batter. Mix well. Spread oil in appe pan and pour ladles of batter into it..Fill ¾ th the holes with batter and keep closed until the top surface looks cooked. (keep checking occasionally)Turn the paniyarams over to the other side & cook for a minute or two. Drain in tissue. Serve with chutney.... Visit the Facebook page .
